OX Belfast

Michelin-starred restaurant in central Belfast, by the River Lagan, with seasonal cuisine and menus designed around local producers.

About OX Belfast

OX Belfast, seasonal cuisine by the River Lagan

OX Belfast is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in central Belfast, overlooking the River Lagan. The project began in March 2013, when two long-standing friends, each passionate about their craft and eager to bring something new to the city's dining scene, joined forces to open the venue.

The people behind it are Stephen, born in Belfast, and Alain, a Brittany native, who met in Paris. Both worked in various influential restaurants before putting into practice the ideas they had been developing at their own relaxed riverside establishment.

Local produce and seasonal menus

The restaurant is committed to developing close relationships with local suppliers. Menus are designed around the best available seasonal produce, so that every dish leaving the kitchen is conceived so that each element plays an integral role and showcases the best of the day's larder.

Services and spaces at the restaurant

The venue's offering is organised into several different services and spaces:

  • Lunch Menu
