Orfali Bros is a family-run restaurant located in Dubai, at Wasl 51 Mall. It is led by brothers Mohammad, Wassim and Omar Orfali, who present a contemporary interpretation of Middle Eastern cuisine. The kitchen has been recognized by the Michelin Guide and by The World's 50 Best Restaurants for its focus on evolution and refinement.

Aleppan origins and cooking without borders

The restaurant places Aleppo as its foundation, though not as its limit. Its team describes a cuisine not bound by geography, labels or rigid traditions, yet deeply respectful of its roots. Since opening in 2021, the project has continued to add layers to its identity, with teams dedicated to innovation and a full-time fermentation and research lab.

The team travels frequently in search of inspiration, technique and knowledge, paying attention both to what grows in the local and wild environment and to what is developed in-house. The staff has grown from 18 people to more than 100.

The offering rests on three stated pillars: taste, texture and ingredients.
