The restaurant's ambition is to offer seasonal cuisine based on Scandinavian and Scanian roots, as well as local flora and fauna. The menu draws on seasonal produce from local growers, complemented by herbs and vegetables grown in the establishment's own garden. According to the website, this approach aims to ensure each ingredient arrives at its optimal moment to enrich the menu.

Accommodation: 15-room boutique hotel

Adjacent to the restaurant is a 15-room boutique hotel that allows you to spend a tranquil night or two and explore everything Österlen has to offer at an unhurried pace, or simply rest and unwind. The accommodation is presented as a complement to the dining experience.

The establishment occupies a stately former farm on top of a hill, with views of the Österlen countryside and the Baltic Sea. The grounds extend some 18 acres down to the waterfront and are within walking distance of many destinations and activities in the area. The own garden is used to supply the kitchen with as many fresh vegetables and herbs as possible.

Vyn sells gift cards valid for all parts of the establishment, including the restaurant and the hotel.
