Piadine Antequera centers its menu on the piadina, a thin Italian flatbread made fresh on-site and filled with a range of ingredients. The dough is offered in traditional and whole-wheat versions, and the restaurant says most piadinas can be made vegetarian. That house-made base is the clearest reason to choose it over a standard sandwich or fast-food stop.

The menu also reaches into pizza by the slice, salads, filled roscas, burgers, and desserts. Piadine Antequera says it prepares its pizza dough and most sauces in-house, uses extra-virgin olive oil, and buys locally when possible. Inside the La Verónica shopping center, it suits a casual lunch or takeout meal when a freshly made flatbread is the main attraction.
