I moved to Manchester, New Hampshire with my car: what should I change first?

For a model-year 2000 or newer vehicle, Manchester’s checklist asks for a valid New Hampshire ID, the current out-of-state registration, and the original title unless a lienholder or lessor holds it. Bring the lender’s or leasing company’s name and address, plus the lease agreement if the car is leased. You also need proof that you live in Manchester: the city lists a recent piece of mail, a utility bill in your name, a signed lease, or a New Hampshire ID. A letter from a roommate does not qualify under the city’s instructions.
