About Olivia Star Top
Dining and Events Atop Olivia Star in Gdańsk
Olivia Star Top brings together four restaurants, three bars, an outdoor terrace, conference and banquet space, and a tropical garden in the upper floors of Olivia Star in Gdańsk. The complex presents itself as the dining and event destination inside the tallest building in northern Poland.
Restaurants
The complex includes four restaurants. Arco by Paco Pérez, on the 33rd floor, is a fine-dining restaurant led by chef Paco Pérez, whose restaurants have earned a total of five Michelin stars across major European cities. Also on the 33rd floor, Treinta y Tres serves Spanish cuisine in an elegant yet relaxed setting, with views from 140 meters above the ground and a cocktail bar inspired by the world’s great skyscrapers. On the ground floor, Olivia Garden combines a tropical garden with more than 4,000 plants from around the world and an Asian-inspired menu. The fourth restaurant is the panoramic terrace venue, which pairs its observation-deck role with food service.
Panoramic Terrace on the 32nd Floor
The 32nd-floor terrace is open to the public with a paid ticket and offers views across the Trójmiasto urban area—Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot. Alongside the views, it schedules food service, intimate concerts, and other cultural activities.
Conference and Banquet Space
The 34th floor has nearly 800 square meters of conference and banquet space, with six-meter ceilings and room for up to 350 guests. Its modular design allows the venue to be quickly divided into two or three smaller rooms. The complex describes it as the highest conference venue in northern Poland.
Olivia Garden and Event Programming
On the ground floor, tropical Olivia Garden brings together exotic greenery, dining, and a calendar of activities that includes dance classes with professional instructors, karaoke, and Cuban-style parties. The wider complex also lists events such as a cocktail festival on the 32nd floor, Sunday jazz concerts, and dance evenings overlooking the Trójmiasto.
Cooking and Environmental Practices
Arco and Treinta y Tres say they work to reduce their carbon footprint by lowering CO₂ emissions, minimizing food waste, and supporting local suppliers. Paco Pérez leads the Arco team, while Michelin-starred chef Antonio Arcieri is among the chefs responsible for the complex’s restaurants.
Sales and Reservations Team
The conference venue has its own sales team: Sonia Poniatowska-Mróz (Sales Manager), Agata Pawłowska (Junior Account Manager), Julia Palej (Sales Coordinator), Dagmara Szapar (Account Manager), and Paulina Onych (Sales Support Specialist). Restaurant reservations are handled through the front desks of Arco by Paco Pérez and Treinta y Tres; reservations for the panoramic terrace go through the 32nd-floor team.
