About Nineteen18

Nineteen18, modern seasonal cuisine in Vilnius

Nineteen18 is a modern cuisine restaurant located at Dominikonų g. 11, in Vilnius. Its name refers to 1918, the year of Lithuania's declaration of independence, and from that date the company builds a proposal that champions Lithuanian produce, the changing seasons, and culinary creation. The restaurant maintains that each dish reflects respect for local ingredients and an idea of luxury based on simplicity, authenticity, and restraint.

Tasting menu and pairings

Dinner is presented as a tasting menu that evolves with the seasons. Most of the ingredients come from Lithuania, giving rise to a coherent and personal narrative that combines local produce, global influences, and the spirit of Vilnius. The tasting menu is priced at €115. To accompany it, the restaurant offers a curated wine list and three pairing options: discovery (€80), classic (€120), and non-alcoholic (€40).

The chefs

The kitchen is led by Vita Bartininkaitė and Justinas Misius, whose collaboration is based on a shared philosophy around locality, seasonality, and craftsmanship. Before joining forces, Bartininkaitė founded and led the Michelin-starred restaurant Pas mus, where she developed a cuisine defined by creativity, restraint, and deep respect for ingredients. Misius, for his part, worked at Sweetroot, a benchmark of local cuisine, where he cultivated close relationships with local producers and a profound appreciation for fermentation, preserving traditions, and the rhythms of the seasons. Both share values of elegance, simplicity, and commitment to exceptional local ingredients, and create thoughtful, contemporary experiences connected to place.

Reservations and experience conditions

Reservations open every day at 10:00 for the following two months and must be made online through the Sevenrooms platform. The dining experience lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. For tables of more than 6 guests or for private events, the restaurant asks that you contact by email. Booking requires credit card confirmation; in the event of a no-show, Nineteen18 reserves the right to charge €50 per guest. Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance. If your request cannot be met online, it may be because the date is fully booked or there are no tables available for the desired number of guests; as an alternative, there is a waiting list. The restaurant can accommodate certain allergies and dietary restrictions, but does not offer a vegan or milk-protein-free menu, nor can it accommodate people with multiple allergies. If you have a gift card, its code must be entered when booking online.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and this period is not extended. They can be purchased online. If you prefer a physical card, the electronic version can be redeemed after purchase at the Dirva shop, located in Senatorių Pasažas, at Dominikonų g. 11, Vilnius.

Frequently asked questions
