Gosté: A Slow Morning Meal

The hotel’s morning meal is called “Gosté,” a Ladin word, and is presented as a relaxed start to the day. The buffet includes freshly baked artisan bread, assorted croissants, homemade cakes, fresh and dried fruit, yogurt, cereals, muesli, cheeses, and selected cold cuts, as well as hot dishes made to order such as eggs, crêpes, and pancakes. It is served from 7:30 to 10 a.m. and is included in the room rate.

Burjé1968: Bistro and Terrace Open to the Public

At midday, the hotel offers light, flavorful dishes in the indoor dining room or on the panoramic terrace. The Burjé1968 bistro is open to the public, not just hotel guests.

La Cantinetta dei Vini

The hotel’s cellar holds more than 600 local, national, and international labels selected by its sommelier. The list ranges from major classics to rare bottles, with the aim of matching each wine to the chef’s dishes.
