About Le Chambard

Le Chambard, a Hotel and Restaurants in Kaysersberg, Alsace

Le Chambard is a five-star Relais & Châteaux in Kaysersberg, in the heart of Alsace’s vineyards. Set in an 18th-century house, it brings together a five-star hotel with a Michelin Key, La Table d’Olivier Nasti, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, and a traditional Winstub. Olivier and Patricia Nasti lead the project and describe the property as a distinguished establishment with a family spirit.

La Table d’Olivier Nasti and the Winstub

The dining offering spans two venues. At La Table d’Olivier Nasti, chef Olivier Nasti, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and his team prepare cooking described by the property as both modern and traditional, inspired by Alsace’s contrasts and grounded in local products. The restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2005 and its second in 2014. Sommelier Jean-Baptiste Klein oversees the wine pairings.

The Winstub, next to the fine-dining restaurant, serves more traditional Alsatian cooking in a brasserie atmosphere, with regional dishes and décor. The property also has Le Salon, Le Marius Bar, and afternoon tea service.

Accommodations and Spa

The hotel has 33 rooms, including four junior suites and five suites. The property says the accommodations can suit different stays, from couples’ getaways and family trips to business occasions. The 200-square-meter spa includes an infinity pool, sauna, whirlpool, hammam, and treatment rooms offering a wide range of beauty and wellness services. The décor combines bold colors, fine materials, contemporary pieces, and art and antiques selected by the Nasti family.

Shops and Events

The property has two of its own shops: Boulangerie Levain and Chocolaterie Skulptur. It also hosts culinary events, including the fourth Festival de la Chasse, announced for October 12 through November 17, 2026, with a program devoted to hunting, local ingredients, and Alsatian craftsmanship, as well as the World Tourte Championship. Meeting and reception spaces and gift boxes are also available.

Team and Management

Patricia Nasti oversees the welcome and service, which the property describes as attentive and relaxed. Their daughter, Clara, leads the Maison’s human resources. The company says its goals include carrying on the French art of living and honoring Alsatian gastronomy in Kaysersberg.

Spa Notice

The website says the spa will undergo a full renovation and be exceptionally closed from January 1 through May 31, 2027.
