About Taian Table Guangzhou

Taian Table Guangzhou: open kitchen and tasting menu in Guangzhou

Taian Table Guangzhou is a fine dining restaurant located in Guangzhou, China, founded by Chef Stefan Stiller. It is part of the Taian Table concept, which focuses on an open kitchen and a tasting menu made with the best seasonal products. The venue offers an interactive and intimate dining experience, where each dish is prepared in front of the guests and presented personally by the chefs and staff.

A seasonal culinary proposal

The cuisine at Taian Table is defined as refined, modern and creative. Every eight weeks, Stefan and his team create a completely new tasting menu that captures the spirit and energy of each season, using the best ingredients from China and the rest of the world. Although the techniques have European roots, the restaurant constantly draws inspiration from the products and flavours of Asia and other regions. Starting this year, the restaurant introduces five annual menus: four that reflect each season and one called 'Best of', featuring standout dishes.
