Bozar Restaurant is inside Brussels’ Palais des Beaux-Arts, a building designed by Victor Horta. Karen Torosyan, Chef and Artisan

Chef Karen Torosyan leads the kitchen. The Michelin Guide describes him as a true artisan, passionate and respectful of tradition, who has patiently developed a style of his own. His work relies on disciplined technique, precision, and respect for the time each preparation requires. In 2026, Gault&Millau named him Chef of the Year.

Lunch service runs from noon to 1:30 p.m., with the restaurant closing at 4:30 p.m. Dinner service runs from 7 to 9 p.m., with closing at 12:30 a.m. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday, Tuesday at lunch, and Saturday at lunch. The offices are open Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
