Management team

Ciro Perna is Director of The Cliff and QP Bistro. He trained at a hotel management school in Italy and has worked in London, Tuscany and Naples at establishments such as Hotel Romeo and Hotel Adler Thermae Resort, both five-star; he joined the company in 2021 with the opening of sister restaurant QP Bistro. Peter Harris, known as Huggie, is Guest Relations Director and has been involved in Barbados' hospitality sector for many years, with time at establishments such as The Ship Inn and Bamboo Beach Bar before beginning his journey at The Cliff in 1997. Narissa Beckles is the front of house manager, with experience in fine dining service and mixology.
