The office is at 609 Jafar Jabbarli Street, fifth floor. Visitors enter through the first-floor lobby and are escorted by security. Telephone: +994 12 490 78 18 or +994 12 490 78 19; consular email: consular@bk.mofa.go.jp. The official site identifies Katsuya Watanabe as ambassador.
Published services include Japanese passports and travel documents, certificates and consular enquiries, and Japanese visa applications for eligible applicants. All applications require an appointment, except urgent assistance for Japanese nationals. Visa files are submitted in the morning and collected in the afternoon; since July the original passport stays with the Embassy during processing. General counter service runs Tuesday through Friday in two sessions.
Location reviews are not summarized as service experience because the metrics located appear to refer to the former premises. We do not assign that listing to Globus Center and leave its rating and count blank.
