About Cafe Pasqual's & Art Gallery

Cafe Pasqual's & Art Gallery: restaurant and gallery in Santa Fe

Cafe Pasqual's & Art Gallery is a establishment that combines a restaurant and an art gallery in downtown Santa Fe. It opened its doors in 1979 and since then has maintained a culinary offering based on organic ingredients and products from sustainable suppliers, alongside an exhibition space with works by local and national artists.

Dining offerings

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is offered from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is served all day; lunch, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and dinner, Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. The menu includes specific breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert menus, as well as a cocktail list and a wine and beer list. Reservations are accepted through OpenTable or by phone, and walk-ins are also welcome.

The kitchen relies on organic fruits and vegetables, pasture-raised meats, and sustainably sourced fish. The company states that it uses organic agriculture and sustainability as a guide, in line with its suppliers: farmers, ranchers, vintners, and fisheries.
