Its concept is built around three modes of consumption —Restore, Renew, and Recharge— which organize both the alcoholic beverage offerings and the non-alcoholic (NA) alternatives. The bar is open Tuesday through Sunday, with hours extending until 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

A menu built around three modes

The Mode Bar menu is divided into three categories the company calls modes, available throughout all opening hours. Each mode responds to a consumption profile and a time of day:

• Restore: citrusy, light, and functional drinks, designed for those looking to maintain clarity. Offered from morning to early afternoon.
• Renew: lightly effervescent preparations with a focus on nootropics, designed to sharpen concentration. Includes a lightly caffeinated, citrusy, bubbly option for a mid-afternoon boost.
• Recharge: cocktails with bolder spirits, deeper flavors, hints of smoke and heat, and adaptogen blends that aim to sustain energy without a crash. It is the evening offering, with a more energetic atmosphere.

The bar combines premium spirits with adaptogens and nootropics, both in alcoholic versions and non-alcoholic alternatives. Mode Bar's beverage director is Julian Torres.

Mode Bar features handpicked DJs, live sets, and curated playlists that shift with the room's energy. Music is conceived as a central element of the experience, not as background, and accompanies both those seeking a quiet space to converse and those who prefer a livelier atmosphere.
