A Mission Valley restaurant grown from a Peruvian sauce business, serving ceviche, lomo saltado, ají de gallina, tacu tacu, and desserts.

Gloria Tietjen built the concept from recipes learned in Lima and sauces offered at different heat levels. The menu spans Criollo dishes, seafood, and sweets such as picarones and lúcuma desserts.
