San Antonio’s family operation has served the area for more than a decade and now lists three restaurants across Passaic and Clifton. The Monroe Street kitchen is the main address for this profile, with its own live menu and phone. A second Passaic location on Broadway offers another local starting point.

Suadero and ranchero-style steak are highlighted taco choices. Lengua provides another cut, while golden cheese tacos move toward a crisp preparation. The broader antojito menu offers a cecina huarache, pastor picaditas, steak sopes and cecina tlacoyos. Huitlacoche quesadillas give the corn kitchen a filling beyond the usual meats.

For a full plate, enchiladas suizas and mole enchiladas are prominent, with steak and onions or steak with cactus and rajas alongside. Mixed fajitas, a mixed grill and a molcajete serve a larger appetite. Garlic shrimp or spicy diabla shrimp move the meal toward seafood; pozole supplies a broth-based alternative. Breakfast includes eggs with chorizo, cactus or Mexican-style vegetables.
