The family kitchen behind three Orlando counters

The Tamayo Villasenor family founded Tacos El Rancho in 2007. Its current official directory gathers Hoffner, Chickasaw and Downtown, each with its own ordering contact. The common format is a counter meal built from meat, beans, rice and toppings, with several preparations worth distinguishing.

Three street tacos use small soft corn tortillas with onion and cilantro. The regular taco order allows soft or crunchy shells and more toppings. Meat choices include spicy shredded ranchera beef, chicken tinga, carnitas, pastor, chorizo and lengua, alongside grilled chicken, steak, tilapia and shrimp.

Birria tacos use sauce-dipped tortillas and consommé. Quesabirrias add cheese. A Gold burrito covers the filled flour tortilla with queso; a Green chimichanga uses salsa verde over a fried burrito. Sopes, tamales and flautas give the corn kitchen additional forms. Fajitas are specifically marked for Chickasaw, and tortas are limited to selected locations.

Pickup, delivery and catering use separate location selectors. Family-size packages include tacos, enchiladas and flautas. Sweet plantains and cinnamon churros are recurring favorites in customer accounts published by the business; those testimonials have no visible dates.
