Ronny Emborg was set to leave the restaurant at the end of August, but in response to feedback from guests and the Farra community, the chef has decided to remain at Atera through December. The note shared by the restaurant highlights that, over twelve years, his creativity, discipline, and commitment to hospitality have helped define Atera's identity, and that his cooking has created moments of surprise, beauty, and pleasure for guests, while also training the team working behind the counter.
