Papa d'Amour: a new concept in New York

Papa d'Amour is a new establishment opened in New York that explores Asian bread culture. The name, which means "Papa, my love" in French, is dedicated to the chef's two children, of Taiwanese and French descent. The shop is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
