Warabi Omakase

Warabi Omakase is also on Crescent Street, but its proposition is far more concentrated than that of a general Japanese restaurant. A small counter near Court Square creates a destination experience tucked among residential towers and offices.

The menu draws on Edomae style and is organized as a fourteen-course sequence. Techniques may include curing, marinating, or aging—historical methods that developed flavor and preservation before modern refrigeration.

Choose Warabi when the meal itself is the event. Limited seating and the chef’s pace reward punctuality and a reservation; seasonal add-ons and sake can extend the experience.
