Austin Community College — Hays Campus

Hays Campus is at 1200 Kohlers Crossing in Kyle, best known for its First Responder Training Center, a specialized facility for emergency-response instruction. ACC also offers public-safety courses and general education; the campus page and catalog help distinguish current classes from practice sessions that require specialized facilities.

Advising, tutoring, a library, and student services are available at the campus. Eligible participants can use the Bats to Cats partnership as a transfer pathway to Texas State University. The First Responder Training Center gives emergency-response students access to specialized practice facilities.

ACC says parking is free on campus; spaces are first-come and drivers must follow posted signs. Because some public-safety programs have specific practice requirements, ask whether your class meets at Hays or another district facility. Confirm which office handles your appointment as well: building hours are not necessarily the hours of every service.
