Omar and Luz Gonza’s restaurant combining Mexican and Peruvian recipes, house-made breads, and contemporary presentation.

Opened in late 2024, its owners became 2026 regional James Beard Award semifinalists. It is the group’s most creative full-dinner choice, while clearly presenting itself as fusion rather than exclusively Peruvian.
