Ultra Coffee is its concentrate: a base combined with water or milk to make anything from black coffee to an iced drink.

Preparation is at the center of the offering. For black coffee, the concentrate is mixed with hot or cold water; for a latte, with dairy milk or a plant-based alternative. The brand uses a tablespoon as the measure in its recipes. The result depends on the chosen drink, with the same base also usable in baking.

Recipes include a vanilla latte with one cup of milk and a tablespoon of vanilla concentrate, and Vietnamese-style iced coffee with six ounces of cold water, a tablespoon of concentrate, and two tablespoons of condensed milk. Original and Dark are among the brand’s blends. Their beans come from South America, Central America, and Indonesia, with an emphasis on women-run farms, according to Jot’s description. Seasonal Exclusive releases introduce limited batches and other origins. The company calls its extraction process progressive enrichment: a closed system developed to produce the concentrate.

The offering also includes Protein Coffee and instant coffee. Protein Coffee combines coffee and whey protein; its presentation highlights twenty-five grams of protein and less than one gram of sugar. It is a different option from black coffee concentrate, and the presence of whey distinguishes it from a drink made solely with coffee or plant-based milk.
