About Bleacher Bar

Bleacher Bar is literally inside Fenway Park, beneath the center-field bleachers. A retractable glass opening faces the baseball field, connecting the dining room to the diamond even when visitors do not have tickets for the game. The bar opened in 2008 in a space once used as the visiting team’s batting cage and for field-maintenance storage.

Its current menu presents ballpark staples with a restaurant touch: burgers, wings, loaded fries, sliders, the Fenway Dog and draft beer. The location makes it especially popular on game days; seating is first come, first served, and the bar opens two hours before first pitch. It also hosts DJs after Red Sox games, live music, trivia and private events.

The entrance is on Lansdowne Street, and the venue says it is walkable from Kenmore; nearby garages are also listed. A game ticket is not needed to enter the bar, but the venue is 21+ during Red Sox home games and after 10 p.m. Arrive early for a table with a view, and check the official game-day schedule before setting out.
