Direct shipping is organized into two groups of states. In DC, KY, PA, NY, VA and VT there is no minimum order requirement; orders are prepared on Mondays or Thursdays, with a processing time of two to three business days and UPS Ground transit varying between one and three days. In AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, TX and WA the order must include a minimum of three items; those that do not reach that minimum are canceled and refunded. In these cases shipping is done via UPS Ground, FedEx or CDL depending on location, with typical departures from Tuesday to Thursday depending on the carrier, and orders placed after 10:00 on Monday are shipped the following week.

For UPS shipments, a valid driver's license or ID card proving age 21 or over is required, along with a signature on delivery, and no shipments are made to P.O. boxes. The company warns that some zip codes are not covered and that it cannot ship beer to certain states for regulatory reasons; in that case, the order is canceled and refunded.
