REACH Georgia Scholarship

Up to $10,000 in scholarship aid tied to commitments and achievement; participating districts select students and provide middle-school mentoring.

About REACH Georgia Scholarship

REACH supports selected students over several years by connecting mentoring, academic goals, and a future college scholarship.

Participation depends on whether the student’s school system participates and has an available cohort. The school invites students and coordinates selection, records, mentors, and commitment documents; there is no individual application to GSFC that bypasses local selection. To retain scholarship eligibility, scholars must graduate with at least a 2.50 HOPE GPA and meet academic and mentoring milestones under current rules.

If you are in middle school, ask your counselor whether your school system participates in REACH and what its cohort criteria are; current scholars should stay in touch with their mentor and school coordinator. Families should track the signed commitment, meetings, grades, and postsecondary selection. GSFC publishes a program contact, but nominations run through the district.
