Varsity Carwash - Ames Lincoln Way

Varsity Carwash’s Lincoln Way branch is at 3705 Lincoln Way, Ames, IA 50014; call (515) 212-2500. It is open Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m., and Sunday, noon-6 p.m. The single-wash levels are Clean ($10), Protect ($15), Shine ($20) and MVP ($22). Upper levels add underbody rinse, clear-coat sealant, triple foam, wheel cleaner, tire shine and other finishing treatments.

Every wash includes free vacuums, microfiber towels, cleaning sprays and compressed air. Monthly plans cost $25 for Clean, $35 for Protect, $40 for Shine and $45 for MVP; the menu lists a $5 lower monthly rate for a second vehicle on each plan. Membership is recurring, permits one redemption per day and works at both Varsity branches in Ames. Customers often value the finish-area supplies and mention attendants pre-spraying dirty sections. That makes this a quick exterior wash with tools to keep cleaning on your own, not a full interior detail.

Choose a single-visit package by the treatment you need rather than automatically selecting the top tier. If you wash regularly, compare the monthly rate with the expected number of visits and review renewal and vehicle rules before enrolling. The official wash menu and membership page lists current tiers and terms. Memberships work at the other Ames branch on S Duff Ave, while this profile identifies the 3705 Lincoln Way location.
