Success Auto Wash & Detail - Ames Douglas Avenue

Success Auto Wash & Detail is at 608 Douglas Ave, Ames, IA 50010; call (515) 337-9457. The listed schedule is Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday closed. The owner’s site focuses on detailing and asks customers to call for current prices and availability, so this location is best approached as a scheduled service rather than an automatic drive-through wash.

The service list covers interior detailing, shampoo extraction and steam cleaning, biohazard and organic-residue removal, exterior detailing and hand washing, ceramic coatings, headlight restoration, ozone treatment, paint restoration and scratch removal, sanitizing, and commercial or fleet rates. Recent customer feedback describes an older pickup receiving interior detailing and headlight restoration, with the customer noting helpful, professional communication. Another recent reviewer said a heavily used interior was returned looking refreshed the same day. These examples illustrate the kinds of jobs for which it helps to explain the vehicle’s condition before booking.

Ask for a current estimate and explain whether you need an interior reset, hand wash, headlight work, ceramic protection or paint correction. The business lists Facebook as its contact presence and publishes a phone number for booking and availability questions. Visit the owner’s service page for the current service list, then call before bringing in the vehicle. Prices are not posted there; the business specifically asks customers to request updated pricing.
