Uniformed operatives receive specific training for recovery manoeuvres. Service vans and some trucks carry tools and diagnostic equipment to try to resolve the breakdown at the roadside; when this is not possible, the vehicle is transferred to the main workshop during working hours. Outside these hours, operatives can access the ramps and facilities for repairs requiring full vehicle lifting.

Insurance, courtesy vehicles and second site

In the event of an accident with comprehensive insurance, the company can recover and store the vehicle at no cost to the customer, transferring the charges directly to the insurer. It also has a fleet of courtesy vehicles subject to availability, offered to club customers.
