For the United States, the company offers three shipping methods: Ground ($5.00, 7-8 business days), Standard ($15.00, 4-6 business days) and Express ($25.00, 2-4 business days), subject to customs clearance. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. ME+EM covers import taxes and duties before delivery on orders to the United States; in certain states the relevant sales tax is applied at checkout. For shipments outside the United States, the site directs to the UK version. Returns are free within 14 days; items bought online cannot be returned to store and must be processed through the online returns process. Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Instant exchanges are offered for different sizes.
