About Fleur Telecom

Fleur Telecom, broadband and phone provider in the UK

Fleur Telecom is a British telecommunications company that sells broadband, landline and mobile phone services for the home. The company states it has been operating for 26 years and has more than 50,000 customers, and says its customer service is provided entirely by teams based in the UK. Its offering relies on the country's main fibre networks, so users can choose different technologies depending on the coverage available at their postcode.

Broadband range

The company's range is organised into several levels of speed and technology. The basic option is a standard connection of up to 20 Mb/s, designed for occasional internet use. Above that are the superfast fibre options, with speeds of up to 40 Mb/s and up to 80 Mb/s, the latter aimed at gaming and entertainment. At the top end are the ultrafast full fibre options, with up to 500 Mb/s and up to 1,000 Mb/s, designed for households with several users connected at the same time.

The full fibre options are offered as data only, with no need for a phone line, while the superfast fibre options and the standard connection include a phone line. In all cases, according to the information on the website, a wi-fi home hub is provided. Sign-up starts by checking availability at the customer's postcode.

Landline and mobile phone

In addition to broadband, the company sells landline and mobile phone services under the names Fleur Home Phone and Fleur Mobile. The company also reports that phone lines are being migrated to digital calling across the UK and that it supports its customers through that process.

Home services and moving home

The firm offers complementary services for those moving home or needing to arrange utilities. These include comparing fixed and variable energy tariffs, a Sky entertainment package, and setting up council tax and water, which the company describes as a task that takes less than two minutes. The company says it can help set up the new home or arrange essential services on the customer's behalf at no extra cost, and offers the option to book a call to do so.

Mobile app and technical support

Fleur Telecom has a free app for iPhone and Android, called My Fleur Telecom, from which customers can view and pay bills, check their package, update account details and manage services. The app also includes features for controlling the home connection: wi-fi coverage optimisation, speed tests, real-time network status checks, management of connected devices and guided diagnostics with fast-track access to technical support. The company also mentions the option of a secure video call with its team.

Transfer of customers from TalkTalk

The company reports that, from 1 September 2026, it will serve the landline and broadband customers previously managed by TalkTalk's consumer division. According to the information published, the change only affects who administers and bills the account: the service will continue to run on the same network, and the package, price and phone number stay the same. The company states that no forms, engineer visits or new equipment are needed, and that the first Fleur Telecom bill will be issued from that date. For any outstanding queries or to set up a Direct Debit, it provides its customer service phone number.

Customer service and ratings

The company says its customer service teams are 100% UK-based and that customers speak to a real person in around five minutes, as well as offering live chat for instant answers. On Trustpilot, the company displays a rating described as 'Excellent' and presents itself as a provider with more than 50,000 customers. The website also includes a recommend a friend programme and an accessibility section.
