UK buying group for private landlords with over 5,500 members, negotiating contract prices with national suppliers for property refurbishments.
About LNPG (Landlords National Purchasing Group)
LNPG, buying group for private landlords in the UK
LNPG (Landlords National Purchasing Group) is a British buying group aimed at private landlords. It presents itself as the largest buying group for this collective in the UK and claims to bring together more than 5,500 landlords who access negotiated prices with national suppliers for the refurbishment of their properties. The initiative dates back to 2011, the year from which the company states it has worked to reduce landlords' expenses.
How the aggregated purchasing model works
LNPG's approach consists of combining the purchasing power of thousands of landlords to negotiate contract price conditions with major national suppliers. The company argues that, with more than two and a half million private landlords in the country, it makes no sense to rely solely on individual purchasing capacity. Access to negotiated prices is reserved for members: the website indicates that rates are not shown to the general public and that it is necessary to log in as a member to view them.
To reduce the perceived risk of subscription, LNPG offers a 14-day cooling-off period and a rollover guarantee on every membership.
