Shared ownership and outright sale

For homeowners under the shared ownership scheme, Flagship Homes offers staircasing services, selling your shared ownership home, paying your rent, defects in your new home, how-to guides, permissions for shared owners, insurance, a homeowners' virtual panel and feedback. In the outright sale model, homeowners have access to assistance with defects in their new home, how-to guides, insurance and feedback channels.

Private lettings

In the private lettings segment, the company facilitates paying your rent, reporting a repair, dealing with damp and mould, ending your tenancy, private lettings feedback and selling our privately rented homes. In addition, Flagship Homes works with partners such as Legal & General, NewArch Homes Limited and Peal Community Housing Limited.

Customer service and contact

The customer hub is designed for existing residents, with specific forms for shared ownership or outright sale homeowners. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. Contact channels include an aftercare phone number and a lettings phone number, as well as dedicated email addresses for each service.

Resident resources

The platform provides how-to guides, information on insurance, defect management, permissions and sales processes, with the aim of helping residents settle into their new home. A homeowners' virtual panel and feedback mechanisms are also offered for the different resident profiles.
