COSMO organizes dining as a journey among buffet stations. The brand began in 2003 and expanded across the United Kingdom and Ireland with a hotel-inspired idea: bringing different cuisines together under one roof. Diners can combine dishes and return to the buffet within a fixed-price format.

The selection includes meat, seafood, and vegetarian options, alongside Asian cooking stations and British roasts. The offering allows a family or group to choose different dishes during one meal. Variety is central, with buffet service rather than one shared menu for the whole table.
