ARH Custom

ARH Custom, custom parts for Harley Davidson and other motorcycles

ARH Custom is a British shop focused on selling motorcycle parts and accessories, with Harley Davidson as the main focus of its catalogue. Its offer also extends to parts for metric cruisers, Buell models and sport bikes. The company presents itself as a benchmark in the UK for quality Harley Davidson parts and aftermarket accessories to customise these models.

A large-volume catalogue with multiple brands

The site states that its catalogue exceeds 179,000 references between parts and accessories, the result of years of growth and purchasing from various international distributors. Alongside Harley Davidson, the range includes products for Indian, Royal Enfield and Triumph, in addition to the aforementioned metric cruisers, Buell and sport bikes. The shop organises content by model, by year and through catalogues from brands such as Custom Chrome, Zodiac, Motorcycle Storehouse and Parts Europe.

Online and phone shopping with international shipping

Orders can be placed through the website or by phone, an option the company maintains for those who prefer to discuss the purchase before finalising it. The site offers prices in pounds sterling, euros and US dollars, and allows you to calculate the shipping cost by selecting the destination country directly from the basket. The company states it ships to most countries in the world.

Returns policy and price matching

ARH Custom declares a simple exchange or refund policy for orders that do not satisfy the customer. It also applies a price match promise on all items it sells: the customer can request the match through the option enabled on product pages when they find the same item at a lower price.

Payment and customer service

The shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. For enquiries or orders, it has a telephone helpline in the UK and email, with the possibility of requesting a call back from the company.
