The building is single-storey, with two teaching rooms and a shop, all on the ground floor. There is a toilet, hand-washing facilities in the teaching room, tea and coffee making facilities, drinking water and a fridge available for students. Central heating is provided in both the shop and the teaching room. There is parking right outside the shop and teaching rooms. Students are given a box to transport their creations and can buy cake bags for £3.50. You are welcome to bring your own lunch for the break, which usually lasts around half an hour; there is also a deli a short walk away.

Booking, payment and terms

Booking can be made online, by phone or in the shop. Full payment is required at the time of booking, by card or PayPal online, card over the phone, or card and cash in the shop; American Express is not accepted. Individual payment plans are available with an additional £10 administration charge. If you cannot attend and give two weeks' notice, you can transfer your booking to another date for a £10 transfer fee; if you cancel at short notice, the course must still be paid for, although on certain occasions and if your place can be filled, a transfer may be allowed. To catch up on multi-week courses, a private lesson is recommended at a cost of £50. Students receive a 10% discount on purchases made on the day of the course or during an evening course, and there may be exclusive package offers for students on specific courses.

Shop and resources
