Hartnett Holder & Co: seasonal Italian cuisine

The Hartnett Holder & Co restaurant (HH&Co) is led by chef Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder, who, together with their team, create Italian-inspired dishes using locally sourced produce with a respectful nod to the seasons. The approach is defined by flavour, character and relaxed dining rather than formality. The menu includes a set lunch — Pranzetto — of two courses from £39.50 and three courses from £45.00, available for tables of up to eight guests, Monday to Friday at midday, excluding bank holidays and certain closure dates such as Christmas and New Year.

The hotel also offers other dining experiences: Raw & Cured, a food bar serving delicious, natural and healthy food within the Herb House Spa; afternoon tea with finger sandwiches, warm homemade scones and seasonal sweet treats; The Kitchen Table, a table in the heart of the HH&Co kitchen where guests can watch the chefs at work; Host the Roast, an intimate private dining experience in the Backstage Kitchen where the roast is prepared before your eyes; and the Book Club, a series of gatherings with food authors. Private dining spaces are also available.

Herb House Spa: well-being over three levels

The Herb House Spa is set over three levels and is dedicated to natural well-being, inspired by its forest surroundings. Its offering includes spa days, holistic treatments, bespoke Ayurvedic treatments designed to rebalance mind, body and spirit, memberships, fitness and exercise facilities, and personal training with programmes tailored to each client's goals. The spa also features Curated, a space with a selection of hand-picked brands.

Events, meetings and celebrations

The hotel has a variety of rooms for different types of events, as well as private dining spaces. Weddings and events with exclusive use of the property are possible, presenting it as a private forest retreat.
