The website states that standard installation and the router are included at no cost, that there are no activation or set-up fees, and that some non-standard installations may incur a cost, always communicated in advance. The offers shown are presented as exclusive to new customers.

Equipment and WiFi 7 technology

The 1000 and 2300 Mbps plans include a WiFi 7 router as standard, technology the company describes as faster, able to handle more devices at once and better prepared for traffic and interference within the home. The 200 and 500 Mbps plans include a WiFi 6 router. The company also offers Zzoomm TV, a streaming television service, and landline telephony over the fibre connection.

Switching providers and contract buyout

Zzoomm offers the One Touch Switch system, which allows you to sign up for the service and let the company manage the switch with the previous provider, including automatic cancellation of the previous service once the new connection is activated. The company complements this ease with a contract buyout service of up to £300 to cover the penalty from the original provider. It also allows you to keep your landline number, with the recommendation to check beforehand with security or telecare service providers that depend on that line.

Usage profiles and customer service

The offering is segmented into three profiles: households with multiple devices and simultaneous streaming, gaming and schoolwork; remote working, with emphasis on connection stability and call clarity; and video gaming, where low latency and no dropouts stand out. The company highlights telephone support from real people, with no scripts or automated systems, and maintains a dedicated sales line and a separate support line.

Presence and corporate activity

Zzoomm states it has surpassed 600,000 homes and businesses covered after completing the integration with FullFibre, which unified systems, teams and operations under a single structure. The company sponsors Crewe Alexandra, a club with which it began its collaboration in 2022 and with which it has extended the back-of-shirt sponsorship agreement until 2028. Among its documented actions is the improvement of connectivity at a community centre in Worcestershire.
