These include three stars in the 2021 Michelin Guide, five AA Rosettes, the 'Best Gastronomic Experience' award in the Hardens guide 2023, recognition as the highest-ranked UK restaurant in La Liste 2022, the 'Best Restaurant' award at the GQ Food and Drink Awards and the 'Service Award' at the National Restaurant Awards. Clare Smyth also received the 'World's Best Female Chef' award from The World's 50 Best Restaurants.

Team and setting

The restaurant emphasises the importance of its team and offers training aimed at developing its professionals' talent. The space has been designed with attention to British craftsmanship: fine bone china, silverware and bespoke tailored suits are part of an environment conceived to complement the quality of the food.
