About Apricity
Apricity, conscious cooking with a Michelin Green Star in Mayfair
Apricity is the restaurant of chef-owner Chantelle Nicholson, who has won multiple awards, located in London's Mayfair district. The establishment holds a Michelin Green Star, a distinction the restaurant itself attributes to its leadership in sustainable gastronomy. Its offering is built around what it calls conscious cooking, joyful dining, and regenerative hospitality.
The project places sustainability and regeneration at the heart of its activity, from a low-waste kitchen to a circular design, including the way it treats its team. The menu is based on seasonal British produce at its best, sourced from small-scale farms, foraged ingredients, and creative techniques.
Menus and culinary offering
The restaurant's offering is organised into several menus. The à la carte menu centres on British produce and responsibly sourced ingredients. The tasting menus include a dedicated plant-based option, alongside dishes featuring regeneratively farmed meat and sustainably caught fish from UK waters.
The wine selection brings together an extensive list of low-intervention wines from growers who care about soil and biodiversity, and includes a curated selection of English wines. The cocktails are presented as creations inspired by a low-waste philosophy and seasonal botanicals, with a wide range of non-alcoholic options.
Event space and Chef's Table
The dining room, described as a light-filled space in Mayfair designed with a restorative framework, is available for private celebrations, corporate functions, and exclusive group dining. In addition, the restaurant has a Chef's Table on a lower level, where Chantelle and her team present seasonal tasting menus made with British produce, conceived as a behind-the-scenes experience.
Opening hours and accessibility
The restaurant opens Tuesday to Saturday in two sittings, from 12:00 to 14:15 and from 17:30 to 20:30, with the kitchen closing at 21:00. It remains closed on Sundays and Mondays. The restaurant also notes that it has adopted an 11pm curfew so the team finishes before midnight and can safely take public transport home.
The main dining room, including the bathroom, is wheelchair accessible. The street-level entrance has a small step, so please make us aware at the time of booking and we will have our ramp prepared and a suitable table assigned.
