Support for residents and owners

The company channels enquiries and issues through various email addresses and phone lines. To report problems in communal areas —lighting, lifts or grounds maintenance, among others— residents can contact by email or phone. Payment management accepts debit or credit card by phone (with the exception of American Express and China Union), cheque made payable to Galliard Estate Management Limited, bank transfer according to the details shown on the service charge or ground rent invoice, or a payment link managed by the credit control team.

The credit control department handles matters related to arrears letters, administration charges applied to accounts in arrears and possible referrals to external debt collection agencies. The legal department handles enquiries about property sales and appeals of parking fines that have not been resolved directly with the parking management company.

EWS1 certificate

To obtain the EWS1 certificate, the company indicates that you must write to a specific email address.
