Shipping, returns and customer service

GOTCHU operates as an online store and ships within the United Kingdom from British suppliers. Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier, and each product page includes an estimate of processing and delivery time. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives a shipping confirmation and, when the supplier provides it, tracking information.

The returns policy allows 14 days for eligible products, which must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging and with all accessories and components. Some items, such as those from the Clearance or Final Reduction collections, may be excluded. If the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, GOTCHU covers the return costs; if the return is for other reasons, such as a change of mind, the cost is borne by the customer and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product and supplier. In the case of damaged, faulty or incorrect items, the company asks customers to make contact within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing the order number and photographs if possible, so that a replacement or refund can be arranged with the supplier.
