About Skypax
Skypax: parcel forwarding and shopping concierge from the UK
Skypax is a British company registered in England and Wales with company number 7538935 and registered offices at 207 Regent Street, Third Floor, London W1B 3HH. Its business focuses on providing international consumers with a UK postal address to receive orders from online stores and forward them to any destination worldwide. The company also offers a shopping concierge service to purchase products on their behalf when the retailer does not accept international cards or does not ship outside the country.
Parcel forwarding
The main service consists of assigning the customer a unique UK address. The user can use it as a delivery address when buying directly from British retailers or on eBay. Once Skypax receives the packages, it inspects the contents, may open them, and repackages or consolidates them for international shipping. The company warns that it may break the seals on packages as part of this process. Despatch requests received before 12:00 UK local time are attempted to be processed the same day; those received after are typically processed the next working day.
Shopping concierge
For customers who cannot complete a purchase due to payment or shipping restrictions, Skypax offers a concierge service: the customer indicates what they wish to buy, the company places the order on their behalf — both online and in-store — receives the goods, and forwards them to the specified destination. This service is designed to access UK retailers that do not accept international cards or do not ship to certain countries.
Shipping and logistics options
Skypax offers multiple tracked shipping options through carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and Royal Mail. Shipping rates are calculated based on chargeable weight, which is the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight, calculated according to the industry standard formula: length × width × height (cm) / 5000, or in inches / 139. Airmail is not subject to volumetric weight. The company cannot send any package without prior payment of the shipping cost.
Storage and terms of service
Customers may store their packages for up to 30 days at no charge. After that period, a storage fee of £1 per package per day applies for packages up to 21 kg chargeable weight; packages over 21 kg or pallets are charged at £5 per day. Prohibited goods that cannot be shipped abroad are not storable and must be shipped to another address, returned to sender, or disposed of. If packages are not despatched after 79 consecutive days, Skypax will dispose of them and apply a charge of £2.75/kg with a minimum of £27.50. Third-party collection is not allowed.
Receiving goods and liability
Skypax can only receive items sent from the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. The company accepts no liability for damage caused by the carrier or for manufacturing defects. It is also not liable for charges, duties or taxes that the destination country's government may apply to shipments, nor for the seizure of packages by customs if they contravene import restrictions or local laws. Quoted transit times are not guaranteed and do not take into account possible customs clearance delays. Additional carrier, broker or agent fees, including returns, brokerage fees and import duties, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Communication and account management
The company communicates with customers by email to send an initial greeting, service notifications, announcements, newsletters, special offers, membership renewal reminders and support. Customers can opt out of notifications from their account settings. The address provided by Skypax must not be used as a post office box or to receive bank or financial statements.
