Bleecker Burger
London burger restaurants founded by Zan Kaufman, with dry-aged British beef, fries, shakes, and locations from Spitalfields to Camden.
About Bleecker Burger
Bleecker Burger began with a van converted into a food truck when Zan Kaufman left her legal career and moved from New York to London in 2012. Her earlier experience at an East Village burger restaurant influenced a project that places beef at the center of its recipe. The first permanent location opened in Old Spitalfields Market in 2015; Victoria and Bloomberg followed in 2017.
The burger combines dry-aged British beef, a sesame-seed bun, house sauce, and American cheese. Bleecker describes sourcing from small farms and cooking to order. The menu organizes variations around that base: Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger, and bacon options, alongside Blue Burger. Symplicity appears as a vegetarian alternative. The range concentrates differences in the beef, cheese, and accompaniments.
Fries come in Fries, House Fries, Angry Fries, and Angry House Fries versions. Shakes include vanilla, Black & White, Oreo, strawberry, chocolate, and cherry; lemonades, soft drinks, and Extra Nice Lager round out the beverages. The menu includes allergen information. Dining in, collecting an order, and delivery are options that vary by location.
In East London and the City, addresses include Old Spitalfields Market, London E1 6EA; Bloomberg, at 16 Bloomberg Arcade, London EC4N 8AR; and London Bridge, at 104 Tooley Street, London SE1 2TH. Victoria is at 205 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5NE. Each location has its own service arrangements and hours while sharing the identity of burgers, fries, and shakes.
Other locations are Westfield, at The Balcony, London W12 7GF; Seven Dials Market, on Short’s Gardens, London WC2H 9AU; Baker Street, at 195 Baker Street, London NW1 6UY; and Soho, at 33 Old Compton Street, London W1D 5JU. Camden added its address at 45 Middle Yard, Camden Lock Place, London NW1 8AF in August 2026. The website distinguishes halal options at certain locations, so that information applies to a particular site rather than the entire brand.
Table reservations at Seven Dials are handled through the market, while Click & Collect orders provide pickup at locations offering that service. Bleecker’s history maintains a recognizable thread from the food truck to its London restaurants: a burger-centered menu, with each address’s neighborhood and format determining the visit.
