Brand origins and philosophy

The company was founded by Tom Gozney, who, according to the brand's own account, built his first pizza oven in his garden and turned that passion into a business. The firm states that its products are designed based on the engineering of its restaurant ovens, with the goal of bringing that performance into the home. The brand has ambassadors and collaborates with chefs and restaurants.
