• Royal Berkshire (Ascot, Windsor): a country house with a home-from-home feel, for celebrations, business or outdoor activities.
• South Lodge (Horsham, West Sussex): a 92-acre estate in the Sussex countryside with views of the South Downs.
• The Castle Inn (Castle Combe, Wiltshire): a pub in the heart of the village, with beers, gastropub cuisine and spaces for private functions.
• The Manor House (Castle Combe, Wiltshire): a 14th-century retreat in the village of Castle Combe, with historic charm and relaxed glamour.

The collection has a wide variety of restaurants and culinary experiences. These include:

• Botanica (South Lodge, West Sussex): Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with plant-based options, lean meats and fish; dairy-free and with a zero-waste approach.
• Bybrook (The Manor House, Wiltshire): Michelin-starred restaurant, modern British tasting menu based on seasonal and home-grown produce.
• Camellia (South Lodge, West Sussex): modern, seasonal cuisine with Sussex produce, much of it from the hotel's walled garden; holds 3 AA Rosettes.
• Fork (Royal Berkshire, Ascot): relaxed restaurant with a contemporary menu, breakfast and dinner, overlooking the landscaped garden.
• Hillfield (Pennyhill Park, Surrey): modern British cuisine with ingredients from the Pennyhill Park estate, Surrey Hills and the county; relaxed atmosphere.
• Latymer (Pennyhill Park, Surrey): Michelin-starred fine dining with 5 AA Rosettes, chef Steve Smith's discovery tasting menu, with sustainable and seasonal ingredients.
• The Avenue (Lainston House, Hampshire): fine dining with chef Tom Hamblet, tasting menu served in an elegant restaurant, private room or Chef's Table.
• The Pass (South Lodge, West Sussex): Michelin-starred dining experience, located next to the kitchen pass, with a seasonal tasting menu by chef Ben Wilkinson.
