It also offers the Repair & Care maintenance plan, a support programme for broken-down boilers that includes a one-off repair — where repairable — and ongoing maintenance and support for the boiler and its controls, with the aim of reducing the risk of mechanical and electrical breakdown. This plan is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited and includes a "no fix, no fee" promise: if the engineer cannot resolve the initial fault or the boiler is beyond economic repair, any monies paid up to that point are fully refunded.
