Lympstone Manor is a five-star hotel located in Devon, overlooking the Exe Estuary and the Jurassic Coast. It occupies a Grade II listed Georgian manor house that was restored by chef Michael Caines MBE, who is both the owner and the driving force behind the project. The property is a member of Relais & Châteaux.

The dining offering is built around two spaces. The main restaurant holds a Michelin star and five AA rosettes for its cuisine, led by Michael Caines. The Pool House Restaurant & Bar is the informal option, set beside a heated outdoor swimming pool and the leisure facilities. The hotel also offers restaurant menus, the Pool House menu, afternoon tea, private dining and an alfresco experience.

Lympstone Manor is one of the few luxury hotel-restaurants in the United Kingdom with its own vineyard. The 10.8-acre vineyard is planted in the grounds below the manor house and stretches down to the banks of the Exe. The estate has a world-class wine cellar and wine list, and sells the estate wines. Vineyard tours and tastings are organised, and the programme includes events such as wine dinners, charity gala dinners and supper clubs.

Events, celebrations and exclusive use

The hotel hosts private events and weddings, and offers the possibility of booking the property on an exclusive-use basis. The events calendar includes offerings such as the Taste East Devon Festival with a vineyard tour and lunch, or a Japanese wine dinner. Seasonal experiences are also organised, such as the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
