About ScanReviews

QR review cards and customer loyalty

ScanReviews is a British company specialising in QR code cards and keychains that direct customers to a business's review page or social profile. The product is configured before shipping: the buyer provides a link and the company generates the code, prints it and manually checks that it works. The catalogue is available in four formats and is designed for businesses that serve customers at a counter.

Catalogue formats and prices

The range is organised into four formats with the same code and configuration process:

  • Multilink card: 105 × 148 mm, includes its own page with Google and Trustpilot reviews, social media, wifi and an optional loyalty scheme. Price £40 with the page included; the loyalty programme costs £4.99 per month and can be cancelled at any time.
  • A6 review card: 105 × 148 mm, with acrylic stand included. From £20, or three for £50.
  • Mini review card: 85 × 55 mm, business-card size, supplied with an acrylic stand. £9.99.
  • QR keychain: 38 × 38 mm in 5 mm clear acrylic. From £7.49, or three for £12.50.

The catalogue also includes a custom QR card for unlisted links, such as TripAdvisor, LinkedIn, a booking page, a menu or the business's own website. The company states that shipping is free throughout the UK and that orders are dispatched the next working day, with an estimated delivery of one to two days. Orders of more than three units are billed in groups of three at the price of three cards. Payment is processed via Stripe.

Customisation and ordering process

The buyer chooses the format and the destination platform, and can combine cards, mini cards and keychains in a single order. During the design process, the elements to appear on the page are selected — reviews, loyalty, social media and wifi —, the business logo is added, the card colour is chosen and the business name to be printed at the top is defined. The company confirms the final artwork by email before printing and builds the page before dispatch. Changing the QR code destination later is free of charge, permanently.

Guarantee and verification

Every card is tested by hand-scanning it before packing. If any card does not work within the following 30 days, the company replaces it or refunds the amount. Cards are printed on matte board, in black or white, and are supplied with a clear acrylic desk stand with a weighted base and angled face to make scanning easier.

Presence in shops and sectors served

The company shows photographs of its cards on counters in hair salons, butchers, florists, patisseries, coffee shops, gift shops and forecourt cafes, among others. It states that the images were taken in the establishments themselves, by the company or by their owners, and that they are not stock images. Examples cited include Champers Hair, in Streetly; Wilton Patisserie; Blackwood Butchers, in Streetly; and Ash & Oak, in Bristol.

Reseller and affiliate programme

ScanReviews has a reseller programme and an affiliate programme, accessible from its website.
